Hey guys, it’s Kannan. How you doing hope you’re doing well. A lot of people ask me, Kannan do you eat the same way on days off as you do on days on, meaning to eat the same quantity of food. When you’re training as when you’re not training. So, for the most part, the answer is Yes.
The reason for that is because I do not think of the body as having to handle every input has to equal output. I think of my eating like this what I’m eating today. I’m thinking about helping my body recover from the day before taking care of myself for the day that I’m involved in, whether or not. I’m training and preparing myself for tomorrow. Every day doesn’t have to be this; I ate a thousand, so I burned a thousand. There’s an idea of dealing from yesterday with today and preparing for tomorrow.

So I don’t want you to necessarily think of I better fast today and not eat those 400 calories. Because that’s the calories that I typically spend when I’m training, don’t do that to yourself. Think of that, food that you’re eating today as fuel for today’s activities and tomorrow and to handle what was done right yesterday for the recovery. So try to eat the same every day. I think that that’s going to work out well for you.
I wish you all the best. Take care of yourselves and say hello on Instagram. Bye
